Blazin 1-Year Limited Warranty

Blazin products purchased from an Authorized Retailer are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original owner. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this 1-year period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion free of charge. Product line improvements are ongoing, so if your exact model is no longer available, we will replace it with the closest equivalent current model.

How to Claim

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to verify the original purchase date. Contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim. (Note: C.O.D. shipments are not accepted.)

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery leakage, accidental damage, pet chewing, negligence, improper care, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or use contrary to the Blazin user manual.

Except as specified above or prohibited by applicable law: all express or implied conditions and warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any informational content, are hereby excluded and disclaimed by Blazin Brands; and in no event will Blazin Brands be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages howsoever arising and regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Products, prices, availability, specifications, and offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
